Shipping

All orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be processed same business day. Products are either delivered using Fastway Couriers or Australia Post depending on which is the most cost effective.

Ensure that somebody is available at the delivery address provided to sign for each delivery. If no one is present, a contact card will be left, which will allow you to organise another delivery time with the courier. If you would like a specific date for your delivery to be made, please place this information in the comments box during the ordering process. Note: Couriers deliver Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If you require a specific delivery date to ensure someone is at delivery address, please place your order well in advance. Muscle Genesis will communicate your delivery request to Fastway couriers, however, the may be times that your request can not be fulfilled.

General delivery costs / Processing and Delivery times:

To determine the freight costs of your order we have provided our customers with a shipping cost calculator which is located in your shopping cart page. As you add products to your shopping cart simply enter the destination post code, press update, and your shipping costs will be calculated.

Returns

Do not under any circumstances send the goods back. Muscle Genesis will take no responsibility for goods that are sent back by the customer and they are lost or stolen before arriving. This is for ALL returns! Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit. If a product is faulty or damaged in transit, you will have to contact Muscle Genesis and provide;
- Your name
- Your order number
- Daytime phone number or email address
- A brief description of the fault with the goods

We will then inform you about the procedure for sending a product back to us. Fees incurred for sending the product back, will be covered by Muscle Genesis. All returns must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, and received within 14 days of purchase. The cost of the returned product will then be credit towards your next order.
