What happens if I have already signed up for a web account, but didn’t sign up to be a member?

That’s fine, and you can still order from our site.  But to be entitled to the lower prices that we offer members as well as the other benefits, you will have to sign up for a Muscle Genesis Membership.  If you didn’t initially sign up and would like to now, simply go to your ‘My Account’ and change your subscription status under the ‘E-mail Notification’ heading.  To go to your ‘My Account’, click here.

Can I order as soon as I signed up for a Muscle Genesis Membership?

Yes you can. Our system will automatically allocate the discount to those customers who, when signing up, have chosen to become a Muscle Genesis member.
